This session includes conscious connected breathwork, movement and guided inner work.

By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate.

Breathwork can be a powerful practice and may not be suitable if you have:

  • cardiovascular conditions
  • epilepsy or seizures
  • severe asthma
  • pregnancy
  • recent surgery or serious medical conditions
  • diagnosed mental health conditions where intense emotional activation may not be appropriate

You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session and to listen to your body at all times.

You are always in control of your experience and can pause or stop at any point.

This session will be recorded and photographed. 

By attending, you agree that content captured during the workshop may be used for promotional purposes across our platforms, including future events in the UK and Europe.

Any content captured on the day will be respectful, natural and aligned with the space.

There is no financial exchange.
