The Embodied Creator is a personal development and meditation experience. It is not therapy and it does not replace medical or psychological care. Please listen somewhere safe, never while driving or operating machinery.
How it works
How the 21 days work
Every recording speaks to four levels at once: body, energy, mind and subconscious.
01
Sound that gets past the noise
Every recording has music composed for this program, with binaural beats and frequencies matched to the theme of the day. The sound takes you into a deep, receptive state, where the mind stops arguing and something new can land.
02
A guide, a voice and a transmission
I lead you through a different theme each day, from Gratitude and Safety to Boundaries, Embodied Receiving and New Reality, with carefully chosen words and channelled messages that speak straight to your subconscious. At the end of each week an energy transmission anchors what you have been building.
03
The Power Workbook
A few questions each day, written for your subconscious. They bridge what the audio awakens with what your real life is asking for, so the insight does not stay in the audio.
04
Out of the headphones and into your life
You take the state with you. You begin to notice the old reaction in real time and choose again, day after day, until the new state becomes your normal.
In their words
What people say
“Tears of gratitude were streaming down my face. I couldn’t stop them. The music, your voice, the depth of the words ... they led me straight back to myself.”
RADANA V.
“Today something shifted in me spontaneously: I love my life exactly as it is right NOW. I understood this in my mind a long time ago. But today I felt it at a deeper level. The music is pure magic.”
EVA
“I was in tears when I started that day and fifteen minutes later I was smiling and the stress was gone. I will definitely listen to this one again and again.”
JANA P.
“I wasn’t prepared for this... and that made it even more extraordinary. Tears and joy at the same time. My body started moving and there was no going back.”

Your guide
Hi, I’m Nikoleta.
For more than 15 years I have explored consciousness, spirituality and the way we create our lives. My work begins where endless analysing, healing and searching ends.
I created The Embodied Creator because I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel that something isn’t moving. I tried many modalities, read books and cleared the blocks I found (and there were always more of them), and there was always something else.
The mind can believe something. The body has to learn it. Today I can say, hand on heart, that I consciously create my life in line with my desires, because I live as an Embodied Creator, and you can too.
