Your privacy matters to us, especially because you may share very personal things with me. Here you can read what personal data we process, why, who we share it with and what rights you have.

We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and, for customers in the European Union, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
2. What data we process
a) Identity and contact data: first and last name, email address and, where needed, phone number and billing address.
b) Order and payment data: what you bought, when and for how much. Your card details are processed directly by Stripe and we do not see them.
c) Account data: login details and your progress in programmes on the Kajabi platform.
d) Communication: emails, messages and form responses.
e) Session content: what you share with me in sessions, mentoring and group calls, session notes, recordings (image and voice), their transcripts and summaries.
f) Technical data and cookies: IP address, device and browser type, how you use the website. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
g) Marketing preferences: whether you want to receive our newsletter.
h) Testimonials: the words about your experience that you send us, with your first name and the initial of your surname.
i) Photos and videos from events in which you are recognisable.
3. Sensitive data
In sessions and calls you may choose to share information about your health, mental wellbeing, relationships or spiritual and philosophical beliefs. The law treats this as special category data.
We process it only with your explicit consent, only as far as needed to provide the service, and never for marketing. You always decide what you share. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
4. Why we process data and on what legal basis

5. Artificial intelligence as a helper
I use artificial intelligence tools as a helper in my work, mainly for writing and editing texts, transcribing recordings, dictating my own notes and organising my work. These are:
- Claude (Anthropic)
- ChatGPT and Codex (OpenAI), including transcription of recordings
- Wispr Flow (dictation)
- Zoom AI Companion (transcripts and summaries of online sessions)
How I handle this:
- I only put personal data into AI tools when it is needed (for example transcribing a session recording) and only as much as is necessary.
- I never put payment data into AI tools.
- Where a tool allows it, the use of data for training AI models is switched off.
- AI does not make decisions about you. I do not use any automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
6. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted providers who deliver services for us and are bound by contract:

We may also share data with authorities where the law requires it.
7. Transfers outside the UK and EU
Some providers are based in the USA. Transfers are protected by mechanisms recognised by law: certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum. On request we will tell you which mechanism applies to a particular provider.
8. How long we keep data
- Purchase data and accounting records: as long as UK tax and accounting law requires.
- All other data: only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for (for example while you have an account, while you are subscribed to the newsletter, or while we offer a recording as a product). We delete it earlier at your request, unless the law requires us to keep it.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and receive a copy,
- ask us to correct inaccurate data,
- ask us to delete your data,
- ask us to restrict processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time,
- data portability,
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal).
Just write to [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
If you are not happy with our reply, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office, in the EU the data protection authority in your country).
10. Security
We use established providers with encryption, and only we and people who need your data to provide the service can access it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest change is always shown at the top. We will email you about significant changes.
